2. Services Description

ANA Lokalize provides professional translation and localization services, including but not limited to document translation, website localization, interpretation services, and certified translations.

All services are provided on an as-is basis. While we strive for accuracy and quality in all our translations, we cannot guarantee that our services will be error-free or suitable for any specific purpose unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your translation needs
• Review completed translations within a reasonable timeframe
• Pay for services according to the agreed terms
• Ensure you have the legal right to translate any material you submit to us
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in relation to our website and company materials belong to ANA Lokalize. This includes but is not limited to our logo, website design, content, and business processes.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to their translated materials, but not to the translation memories or glossaries developed during the translation process, which remain the property of ANA Lokalize unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

5. Confidentiality

We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all materials provided to us for translation purposes. We do not share client information or materials with third parties except as required to fulfill our services or as mandated by law.

Our translators and staff are bound by confidentiality agreements. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security during electronic transmission of data and documents.

6. Payment Terms

Prices for our services are communicated via quotes that are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Payment terms are specified in each quote or contract.

For projects with a value exceeding $500, we typically require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. For smaller projects, full payment may be required before delivery.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges and/or suspension of ongoing services.

7. Revisions and Complaints

We strive to provide high-quality translations that meet our clients' expectations. Requests for revisions must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and must specify the issues requiring correction.

Minor revisions related to preference of style or terminology may be subject to additional charges. Corrections for objective errors in the translation will be made free of charge.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANA Lokalize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any actions we take or fail to take as a result of communications you send
• Any errors in translation or interpretation
• Any delays in providing services
• Any damage to your computer, devices, or systems

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

If you wish to terminate a project in progress, you must provide written notice. You will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the point of termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wyoming, United States.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.

Your continued use of our website and services after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
